Treatment

Remove most or all of your clothing prior to entering the red light therapy pod as the light does not penetrate clothing.
Plug the light therapy controller for both the top section and bottom section of the pod into a wall outlet. Turn power button on.
Choose desired treatment time and brightness.
Start your treatment, relax, and enjoy the healing properties of the red light.
It is normal for the pod to warm up a little bit during your treatment due to the LEDs and your body heat.
